National Institute of Technology (NIT), Durgapur invites applications from eligible candidates for admission to MBA Programme for the Academic session 2016-2018.

Program Offered : Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Duration of MBA : It is a two year Programme (four semesters).
Total Number of MBA Seats : 60 (sixty)
Reservation : Open 29+1 (PH), OBC 15 + 1 (PH), SC 9, ST 5.
Eligibility for MBA Program
Candidates, having pursued Graduation from any discipline are entitled to apply for this session if they fulfill the following conditions.
- The candidate has to score at least 60% in both 10th and 12th standard.
- The candidate belonging to the following categories has to obtain the following overall final score in Graduation. Open-55%, SC-50%, ST-50%, OBC-55%.
- The candidate must be having a valid CAT score.
MBA Admission Process
- All candidates will be short – listed on the basis of performance in written Examination.
- The short – listed candidates are required to appear for a Personal Interview and Group Discussion.
Application Fee for MBA : Demand Draft of Rs.1250/- (Rs.650/- for SC/ST). Demand Draft should be drawn in favour of “National Institute of Technology Durgapur” payable at SBI, R.E. College, Durgapur.

- Last date of receiving completed application form for MBA program is 23rd March 2016.
- Displaying the names of shortlisted candidates 28th March 2016.
- GD & PI 17th may to 19th may 2016.
- Commencement of classes 11th July 2016.
